Our Current Inventory section displays live listings from our GunsAmerica storefront using a widget provided by GunsAmerica. When that section loads, your browser requests the listings directly from GunsAmerica, which means your IP address and browser information are visible to them, as they would be if you visited their site. We do not send them any information about you, and the widget sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Their handling of that request is governed by GunsAmerica's own privacy policy.

This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies. We use browser session storage solely for the age verification gate, which is automatically cleared when you close your browser. No analytics or advertising trackers are present on this site.

Firearms Transaction Records

As a Federal Firearms Licensee, we are required by federal law (ATF regulations) to maintain records of all firearms transactions, including ATF Form 4473 and bound book entries. These records are maintained separately from website data and in accordance with all applicable federal and New Jersey state laws.
